Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment.
Refund requests received after the 14-day period have elapsed will not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law (including EU consumer withdrawal rights as described in our Terms of Service).
2. Account and Data Deletion Upon Refund
When a refund is approved and processed, your account and all associated data — including uploaded email archives, extracted contacts, parsed emails, and any other stored content — will be permanently deleted immediately.
This deletion is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your data after a refund has been issued.
Data export is not available once a refund is requested.
To protect the integrity of the refund process, the ability to download or export your data is suspended as soon as a refund request is submitted and remains suspended throughout the review and processing period. You should export any data you wish to keep before submitting a refund request.
3. Data Retention After Subscription Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, your account and all associated data will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.
After your subscription ends, your data will be retained for a grace period of 30 days to allow you to reactivate your account or export your data. At the end of this 30-day grace period, all data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
We will send you an email notification before the deletion occurs so that you have the opportunity to export your data or reactivate your account.
